Privacy Policy

Who we are
Jeriathan is a macOS application made by Jeriathan Inc., a Delaware corporation ("we," "us," "our"). This policy explains what Jeriathan does with your footage, your connected accounts, and the services it uses. It applies to the Jeriathan app and to this website, including your Jeriathan account and the beta application form. Questions go to jeriathan@jeriathan.com.
The short version
- Jeriathan edits on your Mac and keeps original project files on your drives. Selected media, text or project information can leave your Mac when you use cloud AI, connected tools, reports, publishing or advertising features, as described below.
- It sends transcripts, script text, and still frames to AI services to make editing decisions. If you pay with Jeriathan credits, those requests pass through our server on the way. We do not keep them.
- It connects to your YouTube, Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, X, LinkedIn, Threads, Pinterest, and Bluesky accounts only when you sign in, only through the official APIs, and only to do what you ask.
- Connections made through your Jeriathan account keep platform access tokens and any refresh tokens encrypted on our server. The app receives an access token when needed. Older direct connections can also keep tokens in the macOS Keychain on your Mac.
- Your Jeriathan account is free. We keep its email address and credit history. Stripe handles payments, and we never see your card number.
- Jeriathan sends us usage stats only if you turn on Share my stats: daily counts of what you make with it, never your videos or your words. Turning it off deletes them.
- We do not sell your data, and we do not use it to train AI models.
- If you press E in the app to send us a report, it holds your words. A picture of the app and your timeline's details go with it only if you say yes.
- You can revoke access from a platform's permissions page. Your account page also offers Disconnect for supported connections. Contact us to remove a server connection without a displayed Disconnect control.
- If you apply for the beta, we keep your application so we can review it. We send you marketing email only if you tick the box that asks for it.
- If you join the waitlist, we keep your name and email to tell you when Jeriathan is released, and for nothing else.
What Jeriathan processes
- Your media and scripts. Video, audio, scripts, transcripts, and still frames from the projects you open. These are read from and written to folders on your computer and drives.
- Account connections. For connections made through your Jeriathan account, our server exchanges the platform's sign-in code and stores the resulting access token and any refresh token encrypted at rest. We also store the platform account ID, display name, granted permissions, connection and expiry times, and connection status. For Facebook, the account is the Page you pick. For Pinterest, we also store the board you pick. Bluesky has no sign-in code: you give it an app password, which we use once and never store. The app can receive an access token to carry out your request. Older direct connections can keep tokens in your Mac's Keychain instead.
- Platform data about your own accounts. Your channel's video list and metadata, your videos' analytics, your Page and Instagram posts, your ad campaigns and their results, and basic profile facts such as your TikTok follower count. This data is fetched on your instruction. The editor keeps local caches; our account service also keeps connection metadata and advertising records described below.
- Diagnostics. Jeriathan writes log files on your Mac so problems can be diagnosed. It does not send usage analytics or telemetry to Jeriathan Inc., except the daily counts described under Share my stats, and only if you turn that on, and a report you choose to send us (see Reports you send us).
Your Jeriathan account and credits
Your Jeriathan account is free, and you sign in to it at jeriathan.com with Google. Prepaid credits pay for AI features and X posts. Our server runs on Cloudflare and keeps account, connection, usage and advertising records, including:
- Your account. Your email address and your Google account ID. We ask Google only for your basic profile and email address (openid, email, profile), use them only to sign you in, and do not store your name or photo.
- Your devices. The name of each Mac you link, and when it was linked and last used. Sign-in tokens are stored only as hashes. Signing in on the website sets a cookie that keeps you signed in. We use no advertising or tracking cookies.
- Your credits. Each top-up, refund, and charge, with its Stripe payment ID. Payments are processed by Stripe, which receives your card details under the Stripe Privacy Policy. We never see or store your card number.
- Your AI usage. For each AI call paid with credits, the server keeps the model's name, the token counts, the price and the time, so your balance is right and we can check our providers' bills. It never keeps the request or the reply.
- Your platform connections: the IDs, display names, permissions, connection status and encrypted tokens described above. Connection audit records contain events, times and status codes.
- Your advertising setup: the selected ad account and Page IDs and names, mode, budget and recorded consent. For tests operated through Jeriathan's service, records can also include project name, video hashes and upload status, provider object IDs, policy check outcomes, test status, spend, fees, credit reservations and settlement history.
- Your stats, only if you turn on Share my stats (see the next section).
- Abuse limits. To stop abuse, the server counts requests from each IP address over short time windows.
When you use credits, the app's AI requests travel through our server straight to the model's company (Anthropic, Google or Alibaba Cloud, listed below) on Jeriathan's own account there, tagged with your account ID where the provider takes one so misuse can be traced to one account. Our server passes them along and does not store what is in them.
Share my stats (only if you say yes)
After you sign in, Jeriathan asks once whether you want to share your stats with us. It is off unless you say yes, and saying no changes nothing about what Jeriathan does for you.
- Why we ask. We want to find the creators who make the most with Jeriathan, so we can ask them what to build next. We may email you about that at your account's email address.
- What the app sends. While sharing is on, Jeriathan counts, for each day: videos exported, posts sent to a platform, editing-button runs, messages to Ask Jeri, and minutes spent editing with Jeriathan open in front. It sends those numbers to our server while the app is open, with your account and the date.
- What it never sends. Your videos, footage, audio, scripts, transcripts, captions, titles, file or project names, or anything you type. Only the numbers above.
- Who sees them. Only Jeriathan Inc. We do not publish them, sell them, share them, or use them for advertising.
- Where they are kept. On our server at Cloudflare, with your Jeriathan account, counted separately for each Mac you link so they add up. We also keep a record of each time you said yes or no, the version of the wording you saw, and where you answered (the app or this website).
- Seeing and stopping it. Your account page shows what we hold from the last 30 days. Turn sharing off in the app under Help ▸ Share My Stats, or on your account page. Turning it off deletes every count we hold, and the app stops counting. You can turn it back on at any time.
Google user data and YouTube
Jeriathan uses YouTube API Services. When you sign in with Google, you are also agreeing to the Google Privacy Policy. Jeriathan asks for these permissions and uses them for these purposes only:
- Upload YouTube videos (youtube.upload): to upload the videos you export from Jeriathan to your channel, with the title and description you choose. Jeriathan posts them as public videos.
- View your YouTube account (youtube.readonly): to read your channel's name and subscriber count, so you can see which channel Jeriathan posts to and so the editor's Home screen can show your subscribers.
- View YouTube Analytics reports (yt-analytics.readonly) and View monetary YouTube Analytics reports (yt-analytics-monetary.readonly): to read your own channel's views and estimated revenue for the last 30 days and show them to you on the editor's Home screen, as YouTube reports them, so you can see what your videos earn. Jeriathan asks YouTube for these numbers at most once every 30 minutes.
Jeriathan does not ask for permission to edit or delete your videos, comments, or captions.
How this data is stored. The editor's YouTube analytics cache lives on your Mac, in Jeriathan's project and cache folders. Your channel's numbers are kept in one small file there, separately from sign-in tokens. Connections through your Jeriathan account separately store the encrypted platform credentials and connection metadata described above. Jeriathan refreshes or deletes cached YouTube analytics within 30 days, and deletes the numbers when you disconnect YouTube. You can delete the cache at any time by removing those folders.
How this data is shared. Jeriathan does not sell your YouTube data or share it with advertisers. Our account service handles the connection credentials and metadata described above. If you enable performance-based suggestions, Jeriathan may send a summary of your own videos' performance to the AI services listed below, solely to generate editing suggestions for you. It does not use YouTube data to train or improve AI models, and it does not sell it.
Limited Use. Jeriathan's use and transfer to any other app of information received from Google APIs will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
Revoking access. You can remove Jeriathan's access to your Google Account at any time from the Google security settings page. A Disconnect button inside Jeriathan is coming. Revoking access does not delete videos you already uploaded to your channel.
Signing in to jeriathan.com with Google is separate from YouTube. It asks only for your basic profile and email address, which we use to identify your Jeriathan account and for nothing else.
Facebook, Instagram, and Meta ads
When you connect a Meta account, Jeriathan uses the Facebook Graph API and Marketing API. Depending on what you enable, it may ask to see the Pages you manage, publish videos to the Pages and Instagram accounts you choose, read engagement on those posts and your own Instagram account's views over the last 30 days and follower count (shown to you on the editor's Home screen), and create, manage, and read the results of ad campaigns in your own ad account. Jeriathan acts only on your instruction. It does not spend money without a campaign you set up, and ad spend for a test in your own ad account is billed by Meta to that account. Any Jeriathan-operated advertising service requires separate disclosure of the advertiser, account arrangement, budget and fees before you authorize a test. Using Jeriathan's ad account adds a 4% fee to Meta's actual ad spend for your tests.
Meta connections through your Jeriathan account are stored by our server as described above. The server validates selected ad-account and Page identities. In a Jeriathan-operated test, the selected videos and advertising settings pass through our service to Meta, and Jeriathan can access the test's videos and results. We use the associated account, upload, campaign, performance and billing records to operate and reconcile the requested test.
To publish a reel to Instagram, Jeriathan puts a copy of the video on a temporary link at jeriathan.com, and Meta fetches it from there. The link is signed, so only that exact link works, and it stops working after two hours. The copy expires after a day. Threads uses the same kind of link.
Facebook ad testing includes a review before publishing. The selected exported video, its sound and exact ad text are uploaded to private Jeriathan storage so Reid can review them against Meta's Community Standards and Advertising Standards. An automated sample check can assist this review; it cannot approve the ad. Review videos are scheduled for deletion 14 days after upload; storage cleanup may take additional time. We retain the approval or rejection record and test records to operate and reconcile the requested service. Request removal of records we control through Data Deletion.
Disconnecting a connection removes its stored credentials when the removal succeeds; provider revocation may require a separate step. It does not stop running ads or delete videos or campaigns already held by Meta. Use Meta's ad controls to stop delivery, and see Data Deletion to request removal of records we control.
Your use of Meta platforms is also governed by the Meta Privacy Policy. You can remove Jeriathan's access from Facebook Settings, Business Integrations.
TikTok
When you connect TikTok, Jeriathan uses TikTok Login Kit to see which account you connected: your username and basic profile, and your account's follower, like, and video counts (user.info.basic, user.info.profile, user.info.stats). It uses the Content Posting API (video.upload) to send the videos you choose to your TikTok inbox as drafts, only when you press Export and Post. You add the caption and post them yourself in the TikTok app; Jeriathan does not post to TikTok for you through this draft-upload route. Connections made through your Jeriathan account store tokens encrypted on our server; older direct connections can use your Mac's Keychain. Your use of TikTok is also governed by the TikTok Privacy Policy. You can remove Jeriathan's access in the TikTok app under Settings and privacy, Security and permissions, Manage app permissions.
X
X is linked through your Jeriathan account, because X charges each post to our app. When you link X at jeriathan.com, X asks you to let Jeriathan read your profile, post for you, and upload media (tweet.read, tweet.write, users.read, media.write, offline.access). Our server stores your X user ID, username, and tokens, encrypted. When you post to X, the finished video and its text pass through our server to X, and the server does not keep the video. Jeriathan posts only when you press Export and Post, and each post is charged to your credits. Your use of X is also governed by the X Privacy Policy. You can disconnect X on your account page, which deletes the tokens from our server and revokes them at X, or remove Jeriathan in X under Settings and privacy, Security and account access, Apps and sessions.
When you connect LinkedIn, Jeriathan signs in with LinkedIn (openid, profile) to read your name and member ID, so it can show which account is connected, and asks to post for you (w_member_social). It posts only the videos you choose, with their text, publicly to your own LinkedIn profile, and only when you press Export and Post. It does not read your connections, messages, or post statistics, and it never posts to company pages. Your LinkedIn connection uses encrypted server storage when linked through your Jeriathan account, or your Mac's Keychain for an older direct connection. Your use of LinkedIn is also governed by the LinkedIn Privacy Policy. You can remove Jeriathan's access in LinkedIn under Settings, Data privacy, Permitted services.
Threads
When you connect Threads, you sign in with Threads at jeriathan.com and let Jeriathan post for you. Jeriathan reads your Threads user ID and username, so it can show which account is connected. It posts only the videos you choose, with their text, to your own Threads profile, and only when you tell it to, by pressing Export and Post or by scheduling a post. Our server stores your Threads user ID, your username, and your long-lived access token, encrypted, until you disconnect.
Threads takes a video only from a public link. So for a Threads post, Jeriathan puts a copy of the video on a temporary link at jeriathan.com, and Meta fetches it from there. The link is signed, so only that exact link works, and it stops working after two hours. The copy expires after a day.
Your use of Threads is also governed by the Threads Supplemental Privacy Policy and the Meta Privacy Policy. You can disconnect Threads on your account page, which deletes the connection and its token from our server, or remove Jeriathan in the Threads app under Settings, Account, Website permissions.
Facebook Pages
When you connect a Facebook Page, you sign in with Facebook at jeriathan.com and choose which Page Jeriathan can post to. It lists only the Pages where you can create content, and if you have just one, it uses that one. Jeriathan posts only the videos you choose, only to the Page you chose, never to your personal profile, and only when you tell it to, by pressing Export and Post or by scheduling a post. To use a different Page, disconnect and connect again.
While you choose, our server briefly holds your Facebook sign-in. Once you have chosen, it stores the Page ID, the Page name, and the Page's access token, encrypted, until you disconnect. The video goes from your Mac straight to Facebook and does not pass through our server.
Your use of Facebook is also governed by the Meta Privacy Policy. You can disconnect Facebook on your account page, which deletes the connection and the Page token from our server, or remove Jeriathan in Facebook Settings, Business Integrations.
When you connect Pinterest, you sign in with Pinterest at jeriathan.com and choose one board for Jeriathan to post to. It lists your boards, and you can also choose New board: Jeriathan, which creates a board with that name. Jeriathan posts only the videos you choose, as Pins, only to the board you chose, and only when you tell it to, by pressing Export and Post or by scheduling a post. To use a different board, disconnect and connect again.
Our server stores your Pinterest user ID or username, the ID and name of your board, and your access token, encrypted, until you disconnect. The video goes from your Mac straight to Pinterest and does not pass through our server.
Your use of Pinterest is also governed by the Pinterest Privacy Policy. You can disconnect Pinterest on your account page, which deletes the connection and its token from our server, or remove Jeriathan from the apps connected to your account in your Pinterest settings.
Bluesky
Bluesky connects with an app password, a password you make in Bluesky for one app. When you connect, you type your Bluesky handle and an app password into a form at jeriathan.com. Our server finds your account and signs in with the app password once, to start a session. It never stores the app password. It stores your handle, your account ID, and the session's tokens, encrypted, until you disconnect. If the session can no longer be renewed, Jeriathan asks you to connect again.
Jeriathan posts only the videos you choose, with their text, to your own Bluesky account, and only when you tell it to, by pressing Export and Post or by scheduling a post. The video goes from your Mac straight to Bluesky and does not pass through our server.
You can end Jeriathan's access at any time by deleting its app password in Bluesky: open Settings, Privacy and security, App passwords, at bsky.app/settings/app-passwords, and remove the one you made for Jeriathan. You can also disconnect Bluesky on your account page, which deletes the stored session from our server. Your use of Bluesky is also governed by the Bluesky Privacy Policy.
AI services Jeriathan uses
Jeriathan sends parts of your project to AI service providers to do its editing work. These providers process the data to return a result and, under their API terms, do not use it to train their models. What they receive: transcripts, script text, still frames and short excerpts of your clips, editing metadata, the notes you write to teach Jeriathan and the list built from them, and, if you enable it, summaries of your videos' performance. They do not receive your sign-in tokens. If you pay with Jeriathan credits, these requests go through our server on the way, as described above.
- Anthropic (Claude models): editing decisions, script parsing, and the in-app assistant when it runs on Claude. Anthropic privacy policy.
- Google (Gemini models): vision checks on frames, such as confirming an insert shows what the script asked for. Google privacy policy.
- Alibaba Cloud Model Studio (Qwen models, Singapore): the in-app assistant's default model when you pay with Jeriathan credits. Alibaba Cloud privacy policy.
- AssemblyAI: transcription with speaker labels and word timing. AssemblyAI privacy policy.
Speech transcription can also run entirely on your Mac. The list of providers may change; when it does, we update this page.
Applying for the beta
When you apply at jeriathan.com/apply, we collect what you enter: your name, email address, the channel links you give us, and your answers, along with the time you applied and the IP address the application came from, which we use to stop spam. We use your application to review it and to contact you about the beta.
- Where it goes. Your application passes through Cloudflare, which hosts this site, to a computer Jeriathan Inc. runs, where it is stored. A copy is emailed to our inbox through Amazon SES. It is not sent anywhere else, except for the review steps below.
- How we review it. To sort applications, we look up public information about the channels you link, such as follower, subscriber and post counts and recent public posts, using each platform's official tools. We may also send your answers and that public information to Anthropic (Claude), an AI service, to help sort applications by how well they fit the beta. Anthropic processes it under its commercial terms and does not use it to train its models. A person makes every final decision.
- Bot protection. The form uses Cloudflare Turnstile to check that a person is sending it. To do that, Turnstile processes information about your browser and connection under Cloudflare's privacy policy.
- Marketing email, only if you ask. The marketing box is optional, starts unticked, and has no effect on your application. If you tick it, we add your email address to our Jeriathan mailing list and record when you agreed and the wording you agreed to. We send that email ourselves, through Amazon SES. Every message has an unsubscribe link, and unsubscribing takes effect immediately.
- How long we keep it. Only as long as we need it to run the beta. Email us at any time and we will delete your application, take you off the mailing list, or both.
The waitlist
When you join the waitlist at jeriathan.com/waitlist, we collect your name, your email address, the time you joined, and, if the link you used carried one, a short tag that says where the link was posted, such as our Instagram story. That is all. We use it to email you about Jeriathan's release, and for nothing else.
- Where it lives. On our server at Cloudflare, in the same database that holds Jeriathan accounts, encrypted at rest. The only people who can read it are Jeriathan Inc. staff with the server's own credentials. It is not sold, shared or sent anywhere else.
- Bot protection. The form uses Cloudflare Turnstile to check that a person is sending it, under Cloudflare's privacy policy. We keep a short-lived count of signups per connection to stop floods. That count is not stored with your signup.
- Sending the email. When Jeriathan is released, we email the list ourselves, through Amazon SES. Every message has an unsubscribe link, and unsubscribing takes effect immediately.
- How long we keep it. Until Jeriathan is released and the release email has gone out, or until you ask us to remove you, whichever comes first. Email us at any time and we will delete your name and address from the list.
Notes you write to teach Jeriathan
Press E in the app to write a note about a clip or a moment in your cut: what you changed and why, or what you want Jeriathan to do differently. Your notes teach your own Jeriathan. Everyone runs the same software; what you teach it is your own data, and nobody else's Jeriathan changes because of it.
- What a note is. Your words, with the clip's name and where it sat on your timeline when you wrote it. A note never includes your video or audio files.
- Where your notes and your list live. Your notes stay in your project folder on your Mac, in plain text, and they are yours. The short list of standing preferences Jeriathan builds from them is stored on your Mac too, under your Jeriathan account, so two accounts on one Mac never mix. Help ▸ What Jeriathan Learned shows every rule and the notes behind it; you can edit or delete a rule.
- Your list is sealed. The list file on your Mac is encrypted. The key that opens it is made and kept on our server under your account and sent to your Mac only while you are signed in; your Mac keeps it in memory and never writes it down. Sealing stops the list being read or copied into another product. It is not a lock on your own notes, which stay yours, readable, in your project folder. Without an internet connection the app cannot open the list, and an editing run simply works without it.
- Your words are yours to take. Export my notes… in the same window writes the notes Jeriathan learned from — your words, with the project, clip and time of each — and the answers you typed, as a plain text file, at any time. The list itself is not part of the export.
- Forget everything. Help ▸ What Jeriathan Learned ▸ Forget everything deletes the list from your Mac and deletes the key on our server, so a sealed copy left on a backup can never be opened again. Your notes in each project folder stay.
- What passes through our server. To turn new notes into that list, and during an editing run that uses it, the app sends the text of your notes and your list through our server to a model company, Anthropic, or Google as the backup, the same way other AI requests travel when you use credits. Our server passes them along and does not keep them. It stores no copy of your notes or your list; of all this, the key is the only thing it keeps.
- Sharing with Reid, only if you turn it on. Help ▸ Share My Notes with Reid is off unless you turn it on. While it is on, each new note you write is also sent to Reid Olson through the same channel as reports (see "Reports you send us"), marked as a note. Your "Include my timeline" answer decides whether the timeline and a picture come along, exactly as it does for a report. Turn it off at any time and nothing more is sent. What was already sent is deleted on request, like any report.
- What it can and cannot do. Your list changes Jeriathan's taste: which takes and inserts it picks and how it reads your notes. It cannot add an ability the app does not have. For that, press Shift+E and give feedback.
Reports you send us
If something goes wrong, or you wish Jeriathan could do something it can't, press Shift+E in the app and tell us. Your feedback goes to Reid Olson, who makes Jeriathan. Nothing is sent until you click Send.
- What every report holds. Your words, your Jeriathan account, when you sent it, and which versions of Jeriathan and macOS you were using.
- Your timeline, only if you say yes. The report asks first. If you tick the box, it also sends a picture of the Jeriathan window as it looked when you pressed E, and details of the timeline you had open: its tracks and clips (names, positions, effects and settings), what you had selected, where the playhead was, your last few edits, and your Mac's model and memory. It never sends your video or audio files. If the box is unticked, none of this leaves your Mac. The app remembers your answer, and you can change it on any report.
- What we use it for. Only to understand what happened and to make Jeriathan better. We do not sell it, share it with advertisers, or use it to train AI models.
- Where it goes. A report waits on our server at Cloudflare only until it reaches us, and is then deleted from it. We keep it on a computer we run, and it is emailed to our inbox through Amazon SES so we see it quickly. If your Mac is offline, the report waits on your Mac and sends when you are back online.
- How long we keep it. As long as it helps us fix the problem or improve the app. Email us and we will delete any report you sent, with its picture and timeline details.
- How we read it. Feedback reaches Reid as soon as it arrives. Notes you chose to share, and all feedback, are also read once a day in one summary, grouped by theme and ordered by how many different people said the same thing, so what many people run into is seen first.
If you tick “Include diagnostics”, the report also carries the app’s own recent log lines, the setup status, version numbers and the ids of recent posting jobs. The app removes file paths under your user folder, tokens, media file names and transcript text before you see it, and shows you the exact text before anything is sent. It is used only to fix what went wrong.
What we never do
- We do not sell or rent your data.
- We do not show you ads or share your data with advertisers.
- We do not use your footage, transcripts, or platform data to train AI models.
- We do not post, upload, or spend on your behalf without an action you took in the app.
Keeping and deleting your data
Most of what Jeriathan uses stays on your Mac, so you are in control of it:
- Projects and caches: delete the project folder and Jeriathan's cache folders next to it.
- Connected accounts: use Disconnect on your account page where offered, or contact us to remove a server connection without that control. Revoke access on the platform's permissions page and remove any local token as the data deletion page explains. A platform's revocation outcome is separate from removal of the stored server credentials.
- Your Jeriathan account: sign out or disconnect supported platforms on your account page. Signing out does not delete your account. Email us to request deletion of the account, linked devices, platform connections, stats and AI key. Advertising and payment records are reviewed separately for active tests, unresolved charges, disputes and lawful retention obligations. We explain any retained records in our response.
- Your stats: turn off Share my stats in the app or on your account page and we delete them at once. While sharing is on, we keep them for as long as you have your account.
- Platform data: deleting a local cache removes that local copy. Server-side connection metadata, audit events and advertising records require separate removal. See Data Deletion for the request process.
- Reports you sent us: email us and we will delete them, with their pictures and timeline details.
- Beta applications and the mailing list: email us and we will delete your application and remove your address from the list. The unsubscribe link in any marketing email stops that email immediately.
- The waitlist: email us and we will delete your name and address from it. The unsubscribe link in the release email does the same.
If you have emailed us for support, we keep that correspondence only as long as needed to help you. To ask us to delete anything we hold, email jeriathan@jeriathan.com and we will confirm when it is done.
Step-by-step instructions, the exact commands, and the response times we hold ourselves to are on our Data Deletion page.
Security
Platform tokens for connections through your Jeriathan account and your AI key are encrypted on our server (AES-256-GCM). Older direct connections can store platform tokens in your Mac's Keychain. Jeriathan device sign-in tokens are kept as hashes. All connections to platforms, AI services, and our server use HTTPS. Editing happens on your own computer. No method of storage or transmission is perfectly secure, so keep your Mac and its login protected.
Children
Jeriathan is a professional tool intended for people 18 and older. We do not knowingly collect information from children.
Where data is processed
Jeriathan Inc. is based in the United States, and beta applications and our mailing list are stored there, as are the reports you send us. Jeriathan accounts, the waitlist and the stats you choose to share are stored with Cloudflare, which also holds a report until it reaches us, and payments are handled by Stripe. They, the AI service providers, and the platforms above may process data in the United States or other countries where they operate.
Your rights
Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or restrict the use of your personal data, and to withdraw consent. Because Jeriathan keeps most of your data on your own computer, you can exercise most of these directly. For anything we hold, such as your account, credits, stats, platform connections, advertising records, reports, or beta application, email us and we will respond promptly. You can withdraw your consent to sharing stats yourself, at any time, by turning it off. EU, UK, and EEA residents may also complain to their local data protection authority. California residents have their rights under the CCPA and CPRA; we do not sell or share personal information.
Changes to this policy
When we change this policy we will post the new version here with a new "last updated" date. Material changes will be announced inside the app before they take effect.
