Disconnecting an account
To disconnect an account, remove Jeriathan in that platform's own settings. It works at once, even if you have uninstalled the app. A Disconnect button inside Jeriathan is coming.
- Google and YouTube: Google Account permissions
- Facebook and Instagram: Facebook Business Integrations
- TikTok: the TikTok app, under Settings and privacy, Security and permissions, Manage app permissions
- LinkedIn: Settings, Data privacy, Permitted services
- X: Disconnect X on your Jeriathan account page
- Threads: Disconnect Threads on your Jeriathan account page, or in the Threads app under Settings, Account, Website permissions
- Facebook Pages: Disconnect Facebook on your Jeriathan account page, or Facebook Business Integrations
- Pinterest: Disconnect Pinterest on your Jeriathan account page, or remove Jeriathan from the apps connected to your account in your Pinterest settings
- Bluesky: Disconnect Bluesky on your Jeriathan account page, then delete the app password you made for Jeriathan at bsky.app/settings/app-passwords
Deleting your data
Jeriathan keeps your projects, caches, and platform data on your own Mac, so deleting the project folder and Jeriathan's cache folders removes it. How to delete an account's token from your Mac's Keychain is on the data deletion page.
If you have emailed us and want that correspondence deleted, write to mail@reidolsonmedia.com and we will delete it and confirm. The full picture is in the Privacy Policy.
